to an NC unit and up/down output signal for a display unit.

With the optional PU20 power supply unit, power for up to 3 axes can be

可選擇分辨率及輸出脈寬；
可采用PU20電源組以供三軸驅動；
差分線路驅動輸出A/B相90°相位差信號、原點信號及報警信號；
magnescale轉換器模塊MD20B，原型號MD20A可選擇分辨率0.1,0.2,0.5,1,2,2.5,4,5,10μm,在分辨率0.1μm時響應速度可達42m/s，magnescale轉換器模塊MD20B可配用磁尺SR系列如SR721SP及高度計DG系列如DG155,DG205等產品。
